Children should not disclose their name, address, phone number, or any personal information without their parents' or guardian's permission. VPN Planet considers a user to be a child if they are under 13 years old, unless more stringent regulation applies in their state of residence. No personal information should be submitted to VPN Planet by users under the minimum legal age required in their state of residence. Such users cannot display their real name or any information in VPN Planet, access the chat, leaderboard, forums, SNS (e.g., Facebook, Game Center), subscribe to newsletters, or use any other feature where real names might appear. Terms of Service
1. General
VPN Planet is a virtual private network (“VPN”) application that enhances internet security and privacy. Users use VPN Planet at their own risk. The application may be modified, updated, interrupted, or suspended at any time without notice or liability. VPN Planet does not bear any liability for any harm or adverse consequences to users caused by such actions.
2. Prices & Fees
Prices for various tariff plans are posted in VPN Planet’s application under the Tariff section. Subscription plans remain active until their expiry date unless renewed by users. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the Google or Apple personal account in the Subscription section. Users agree to pay the subscription fee, including any applicable taxes, at the rates in effect at the time of purchase. VPN Planet reserves the right to update prices for new subscriptions due to promotions or inflationary increases. These changes do not affect existing recurring subscriptions.
2.1 Trial Offers and Special Offers
VPN Planet reserves the right to discontinue or modify trial and special promotional offers at its sole discretion. The Free Trial offer entitles new subscribers to a one-time, per-person free trial usage of the service. Attempts to abuse the free trial offer by signing up with multiple accounts may result in forfeiture of the free trial. Free Trial terms vary by promotional offer. At the end of the trial period, users must subscribe to a price plan to continue using the service. Failure to renew the Premium subscription will result in automatic reversion to the free plan, and expired Free Trial accounts will be disconnected. The Trial version allows users to evaluate the Premium service on Google Play Store and App Store platforms, granting access to all premium features. Charges are applied after the trial period unless the user cancels in advance. Users are responsible for initiating trial termination. All Trials via iOS applications are limited to one occurrence, and any attempt to reinitiate a trial will result in immediate charges for subsequent offers.
3. User Conduct and Proprietary Rights
3.1 No Resale or Commercial Use of the Service
Users' rights to use VPN Planet are personal. Users, whether individuals or corporations, agree not to resell the use of VPN Planet, any downloadable software, materials, or information obtained without VPN Planet's express written consent. User may utilize VPN Planet on only one device.
